Professor Edward Rugumayo.

He is a retired politician, author, academic and environmentalist. Served as a cabinet minister in 3 Ugandan administrative regimes, was Chairman of Uganda Legislative Council from 1979-1980. Currently he is the Chancellor of Kampala University and Mountains of the Moon University in Fort portal.

1997- 2001

H.E Joseph Tomusange (RIP)

Seasoned diplomat who served as Uganda’s Ambassador to Kenya, Denmark & other Nordic countries, Canada and South Africa. At time of his demise, he served as a Senior Presidential Advisor.

2001 - 2005

H.E Kweronda Ruhemba

He is a retired politician. He served as a cabinet minister and was one of the Constitutional Assembly members who approved the 1995 constitution of Uganda.

2005 – 2012

H.E Julius Motto

Served as Secretary General on Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. After his tour of duty in Pretoria, he served as Uganda’s High Commissioner to London from 2017 to 2021.

H.E Barbra Nekesa Oundo

Served as a Minister of State, elected Member of Parliament for Busia District women’s representative. Currently, she is the National Treasurer General of NRM – the ruling political party of Uganda
